2 years ago Kate sold my house when it was on the market for less than a week! I know location and price make the difference, but she helped make sure I got the price I asked. My husband and I met Kate when we started looking for land to build or find an existing home. We both had our own homes and of course different ideas on what style we liked, even though we agreed on most basics. Kate was patient with us; I lost count of how many houses and pieces of land we looked at, but she was so helpful and cheerful every time we wanted to keep looking. Mike helped with minor repairs, lawn maintenance, and even some of the moving. I highly recommend this team to help whether you're buying or selling!

Kate was awesome! She was professional yet personable and patient with us but assertive with those who needed to be held accountable. She was able to quickly find us what we desired even though we thought it wouldn't be possible and her expertise made us comfortable throughout the process. Working with Kate Smith to find our new home was an absolute delight!! Kate offers great in-depth knowledge of the local markets. She has strong connections with the local players needed in the buying process (lenders, title companies, contractors) and easily reviews any questions you may have during the process. Professionally, she is smart, talented and savvy. Personally, she is amiable, generous and kind. I can’t say enough positive about her, you can’t go wrong with her as your buyer's or seller's agent!!

Kate was absolutely amazing to work with! My husband and I loved how attentive and available she was during our search. She was knowledgeable in each house that we were looking at and was helpful in pointing out both the good and bad of the homes. She listened to what we wanted and never pushed us into a direction we didn't want to go in. She found us our dream home, one that I didn't think we were going to find or be able to afford. If you need an agent Kate is far superior than any agent I know and makes the whole experience enjoyable!

Kate is lovely to work with and very professional. If there was ever something she wasn't sure about (and that wasn't very often) she would ask for guidance from colleagues. While she is busy with several clients, we always felt we received one hundred percent of her attention. She predicted an outcome for our house that we initially found hard to believe, until everything she said actually happened. The first person who viewed our house bought it at full asking price. After several weeks of careful preparation, we had a bu yer and contract five days after going on the market. We can't thank or recommend Kate enough. Not only an excellent realtor but a good friend too now.
